SMS Terms of Service
Program description
The BarnTools App MFA is a critical service of BarnTools that sends:
- one-time login verification codes that enable logging in to the BarnTalk platform
- emergency alerts about critical site conditions (like feed outages, power loss, water leaks, temperature events, or hardware failures) by SMS text message to users who opt in.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your log in activity and the conditions monitored by Gateways and sensors at your sites.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Opting out immediately ends all BarnTools App MFA messages, including log in verification codes and emergency alerts.
You will be unable to log in using SMS text verification and may miss critical alarms. To resubscribe, contact support at 1-515-272-5122.
