This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the practices of BarnTools, LLC (“BarnTools”) for collecting, using, maintaining, disclosing, and otherwise processing (collectively, “Processing”) the information of all users (the “Users”) of our BarnTools website, website application, application programming interface, or other services available digitally associated with the BarnTools application (collectively, the “BarnTools”). In accordance with our Terms of Use, you must be sixteen (16) years or older to register as a user and otherwise use our website or BarnTools. The BarnTools products are not intended for children under 16 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not register on the BarnTools products or use or provide any information on our site or on or through any of its features, or use any of the interactive or public comment features of the site, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information. We keep different kinds of information for different lengths of time depending on the purposes for which the information was collected. We will hold your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the BarnTools to you. In any event, we will delete, anonymize, or aggregate your information after seven years of your non-use of the Barn Tools.
