Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product of equal value or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Due to biosecurity, returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be returned in original product packaging.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. If you purchased directly from us, please find your order number (#E0000) from the order confirmation email you received when placing the order. Note: If you purchased through a dealer, please reach out to the dealer as your returns/exchanges will need to be handled through them.

  1. You can either email or call us to initiate the return/exchange process. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request.
    1. If calling, please contact (515) 272-5122 (Toll Free: 855-580-0058) and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
    2. If emailing, please use the order number as the subject, and state your request in the email body. Please send emails to .
  2. You will get an email with a prepaid return shipping label from us once the return request has been processed. Print the prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the package you would like to return. Return shipments may take up to 7 days to be received by our office.
    1. For exchanges, we will ship the new items and include the return label in the package. Please send the old product in the packaging of the new product you received. New product will take up to 3 days to arrive.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Approved returns will be refunded to your debit/credit card if the original order was paid via card. Otherwise, approved returns will be refunded via check.
